NVNM Cite

Proof that your citations exist, and that you checked.

The problem

One citation that doesn't exist, whether from a drafting error or an AI tool, can derail a brief. Existing tools ask you to trust a vendor that a check ever happened.

What it does

It parses the brief locally and matches each citation against per-court registries of canonical U.S. case citations (citation data: Free Law Project / CourtListener). At filing, it anchors a receipt bound to the exact document. Existence check only. It does not say whether a case is still good law.

What it deliberately does not do

It never claims a case supports your argument. It never says whether a case is still good law.

What touches the chain

Onchain: a fingerprint of the record, plus minimal provenance (when, by which wallet, under which method version).

Off-chain: the underlying data. It is never published.

Correction model: a fix is added as a new version, so the history cannot be quietly overwritten.

Who controls it: receipts live in a registry controlled by your own wallet. NVNM is not a gatekeeper.

How it fits your workflow

Draft as usual · Check citations before filing · File and anchor a receipt.
