PRIVATE-ASSET PRICING
Mark
Proof of what set the price.
The problem
When a market prices a private asset, traders often can't see what set the mark beyond one party's word.
What it does
It matches each mark update against its declared sources, such as a secondary trade, a priced round, or a comparable-company model. It then anchors a receipt for that update.
What it deliberately does not do
It never sets or judges a price. It never represents the referenced company or grants rights in it.
What touches the chain
Onchain: a fingerprint of the record, plus minimal provenance (when, by which wallet, under which method version).
Off-chain: the underlying data. It is never published.
Correction model: a fix is added as a new version, so the history cannot be quietly overwritten.
Who controls it: receipts live in a registry controlled by your own wallet. NVNM is not a gatekeeper.
How it fits your workflow
Source pricing inputs · Check each against its declared source · Anchor a receipt at each update · Keep a record of what set the price.
